We do not sell Your personal information. We may share Your information in the following circumstances:
(a) Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure, push notification services (OneSignal), analytics, and customer support.
(b) Affiliate Partners. URL data associated with Picks may be shared with the Amazon Associates Program and other affiliate networks for commission tracking purposes.
(c) Other Users. Your profile information, Picks, notes, and other Content You make available through the Platform are visible to other Users. Direct messages are visible only to the intended recipient(s).
(d) Business Transfers. In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of Company assets, Your information may be transferred as part of such transaction.
(e) Legal Requirements. We may disclose Your information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We retain Your personal information for as long as Your account is active or as necessary to provide the Platform. When Your account is deleted, the Company will begin the process of deleting Your personal information within thirty (30) days of Your deletion request and will complete such deletion within ninety (90) days thereafter, subject to information required to be retained under applicable law.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of Your information.
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. (b) Communications. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions. You may manage push notification preferences through Your device's system settings.
(c) California Residents. If You are a California resident, You have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, and Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@lyvd.app.
(d) Other U.S. State Residents. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights with respect to their personal data. To submit a request, contact privacy@lyvd.app.

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including Amazon Associates, OneSignal (push notifications), and analytics providers. This Privacy Policy does not govern the data practices of such third parties.

We will notify You of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notice to the email address associated with Your account. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any change constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
